The Login ID / Password will be sent to your mobile number registered in HCMS via SMS. For HK Full-time staff, you can check or update your mobile phone number via Employee Self Service in HCMS.  For HK Part-time staff, please contact HR for further assistance. Mobile phone number update will be effective on the next day. To prevent personal data exposure, please ensure your own mobile number has been registered in HCMS. 
用戶名稱/登入密碼將會以短訊傳送到人力資源管理系統上已登記的個人手提電話號碼，香港全職同事可以在人力資源管理系統的「員工自助服務」上檢查/更新你的個人手提電話號碼，香港兼職同事可以通知人事部尋求協助。個人手提電話號碼更新將於隔日生效 。請確認你的手提電話號碼已經在人力資源管理系統上登記，以免個人資料外洩。

The Login ID / Password will be sent to your personal email registered in HCMS. For HK Full-time staff, you can check or update your personal email address via Employee Self Service in HCMS. The Login Password will be sent to your email address registered in WIAM. You can contact your department coordinator to check your login ID /contractor ID/email address, or to update your email address via WIAM. Email address updates will be effective upon approval. To prevent personal data exposure, please ensure your email address has been registered in WIAM. 
登入密碼將會傳送到WIAM上已登記的個人電郵地址，您可以聯絡您的部門聯絡人在 WIAM上檢查您的登入名稱/合約員工編號/電郵地址或更新您的電郵地址。電郵地址更新將於批核後生效 。請確認你的電郵地址已經在WIAM上登記，以免個人資料外洩。
